5 compound scenarios (Insider Threat, Ransomware Preparation, Compliance Gaming, Total Negligence, Partial Remediation) running 41 assertions against live cloud state. Scenarios model realistic adversary behavior and organizational response, not isolated failures.

Pristine Baseline

Every mutation and chaos run is computed as a delta from a known-good baseline of the live cloud environment. Result changes are attributable to the injected failure, reproducible across runs, and reviewable by auditors.
